    From Reservation to Check-in
    1.Member Registration
    Member registration is required for use of Hongtel services. Registration is free.
    2.Search Hotel Information
    To see each hotel's information, perform a search of your preferred hotel.
    3.Reservations
    Reserve your preferred hotel by following the indicated steps.
    4.Confirm Your Information (e-mail, Mobile Phone)
    After you have completed your booking, the system will automatically send a confirmation to the designated member. Please select by which method you prefer to be contacted.
    5.Day of Check-in
    
Upon arrival at the hotel, inform the clerk at the Front Desk of your name. If you have trouble checking in, please provide the confirmation you received from Hongtel to the Front Desk. This should smooth the process of checking in.
 
    About the Safety Features
    Information provided by registered members (name, residence, e-mail, telephone numbers, and other personal information) may not be accessed by unauthorized guests nor distributed to a third party. Hongtel is strictly committed to the security of personal information.
 
    About SSL (Secure Socket Layers)
    Hongtel Booking Online uses SSL (Secure Socket Layers) when sending and receiving members' personal information.
 
    Rules of Use
    1.About Member Registration (Free)
    Member registration is necessary to use Hongtel's online booking services.
    2.About Hotel Reservations
    (1) On the scheduled day of Check-in, go directly to the Front Desk and provide your name.
    (2) Each hotel has a different deadline policy for making reservations in advance.
    (3) Please respect and obey the rules of each hotel, e.g.. prescribed hours of Check-in and Check-out.
    (4) Once the user has registered as a member of the online booking system, both sides agree to the established process of making hotel reservations. Upon the completion of the initial reservation process, the system will automatically send a confirmation notice to the member's contact of choice, e.g.. e-mail, SMS text message. If the member does not receive a confirmation notice, he or she should click [Reservation Confirmations, Cancellations and Changes] on the Home page to inquire about the booking.
    3.About Canceling a Reservation
    If the need to make changes to an established reservation arises, please note the following.
    Regarding changes and cancellations, each hotel's cut-off date for making changes and cancellations is different. Occasionally, a reservation may not be changed or cancelled online. In such cases, contact the hotel directly or send an e-mail to www@hongtel.com.
    (1) When it is possible to change or cancel online, and the reservation is cancelled, there may be no further modifications. Members must re-book.
   (2)Each hotel's cut-off date for changes and cancellations is different. Once past the cut-off date, cancellations cannot be made online. In such cases, contact the hotel directly or send an e-mail to www@hongtel.com.
   (3)Regarding cancellations, each hotel has different rules regarding deadlines and cancellation fees. If the details of a cancellation are in question, please contact the hotel directly for confirmation.
